This Subscription Agreement is entered into between you and the developer of Mirexl, governing your subscription to and use of the premium features of the Mirexl app.
Mirexl is a lightweight AI clothing replacement app that allows users to upload portrait images, customize or randomly generate clothing style descriptions, and use AI technology to accurately replace the clothing of characters in the images while keeping the characters and backgrounds unchanged.
The App offers both free basic features and premium subscription features, and this Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which you may access and use the premium subscription services. It is important to note that Mirexl does not collect any user facial information at any time, and all images you upload and generated effects are stored locally on your device.
By subscribing to the Subscription Services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you are a minor, you must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before subscribing to or using the Subscription Services.
The Developer reserves the right to verify your eligibility and to refuse or terminate your subscription if you are found to be ineligible. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when subscribing, and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate.
The App offers various Subscription Plans, including but not limited to:
The specific pricing, duration, and features included in each Subscription Plan will be displayed in the App at the time of subscription. The Developer reserves the right to adjust the pricing and features of the Subscription Plans at any time, but any changes will not affect active subscriptions until the end of the current subscription period. All subscription fees are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in this Agreement or required by applicable law.
Upon completing the subscription process and paying the applicable subscription fee, your Subscription Services will be activated immediately and will remain in effect for the duration of the selected Subscription Plan.
Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current period, your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration as the original plan, and the applicable subscription fee will be charged to your selected payment method. You will receive a notification in the App prior to the automatic renewal, reminding you of the upcoming charge and renewal date.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period, and you will continue to have access to the Subscription Services until that time. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods, unused portions of the subscription, or subscriptions that have already been renewed.
If you cancel within the first 7 days of activating your subscription (the "Cooling-Off Period"), you may be eligible for a full refund, provided that you have not extensively used the Subscription Services during that period. The Developer reserves the right to determine what constitutes "extensive use" in its reasonable discretion.
During the term of your subscription, you will have unlimited access to all premium features included in your selected Subscription Plan. The Developer reserves the right to modify, add, or remove premium features at any time, but will use reasonable efforts to notify users of any significant changes.
The Subscription Services are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share your subscription access with any third party, including but not limited to family members, friends, or colleagues. Unauthorized sharing of subscription access may result in termination of your subscription without refund.
You agree to use the Subscription Services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and this Agreement. You are solely responsible for any content you upload to the App, including but not limited to portrait images, and you warrant that you have the right to use and upload such content.
You agree not to use the Subscription Services for any illegal, unethical, or harmful purpose, including but not limited to uploading content that is:
The Developer reserves the right to terminate your subscription and access to the App if you violate these responsibilities.
As part of the Subscription Services, the App may process your subscription information (such as payment details and subscription status) to provide and maintain the services.
However, the Developer does not collect any user facial information, and all images you upload and generated clothing replacement effects are stored exclusively on your local device, with no access or calls from the App's backend. The Developer will not share your subscription information or any other personal data with third parties, except as required by law or to process payments through authorized payment processors.
The Developer may terminate your subscription immediately if you violate any term of this Agreement, including but not limited to:
Upon termination, you will lose access to the Subscription Services immediately, and no refunds will be provided. You may also terminate your subscription at any time as provided in Section 5. The Developer reserves the right to discontinue the Subscription Services entirely at any time, with prior notice to users, and will refund any unused portion of the subscription fee for active subscriptions.
The Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Subscription Services, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, loss of use, or loss of profits.
The Developer's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period. The Developer shall not be liable for any downtime or interruption of the Subscription Services, whether due to technical issues, maintenance, or other causes beyond its reasonable control.
The Developer may update this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in the Subscription Services or applicable laws. Any changes will be displayed in the App as a pop-up notification, and your continued use of the Subscription Services after the changes take effect will constitute your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
If you do not agree to the updated Agreement, you may cancel your subscription as provided in Section 5.
