Fayte is a lightweight intelligent clothing color changing application designed to provide users with clothing color replacement, real-time color switching, accessory matching, and styling visualization services.
This User Agreement is a legally binding contract between you and the operator of Fayte. By downloading, installing, or using the App in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, as well as any additional guidelines or policies updated by us from time to time.
If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease downloading, installing, and using the App. Notably, Fayte does not require account registration or the provision of personal information to access its core functions, and we do not collect any user facial information.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal mobile device or other compatible devices, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the App or any of its components, including but not limited to software, code, design, text, images, and functional features. You may not:
You represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you must use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who has read and agreed to this Agreement on your behalf. By using the App, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and abide by its terms.
You agree to use the App in accordance with this Agreement and all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. You shall not use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful purposes, including but not limited to:
You are solely responsible for all photos you upload, images you generate, and content you create or share using the App. You warrant that you have the legal right to use any photos or content you upload, and that such use does not violate the rights of any third party (including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, and portrait rights).
We shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from your improper use of the App or any content you upload or generate.
Since the App does not require account registration, you are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your device and preventing unauthorized access to the App. You shall be liable for any losses or damages caused by unauthorized access to your device or improper use of the App by third parties.

These free features are available to all users without any charge, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
The App offers subscription-based premium features (hereinafter referred to as "Premium Features") to enhance your user experience, including but not limited to:
The use of Premium Features is governed by the Subscription Agreement of the App, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By subscribing to or using Premium Features, you agree to comply with the terms of the Subscription Agreement.
We attach great importance to your privacy and are committed to protecting all data related to your use of the App. All photos you upload, images you generate, and editing history while using the App are stored exclusively on your device locally.
We do not upload, transmit, store, or access any of this data to or from any backend servers, cloud storage, or third-party services. You retain full control over your data and can delete any uploaded or generated content at any time through the App's built-in file management function.
All intellectual property rights related to the App, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights in the App's software, code, design, text, images, logos, and functional features, are owned exclusively by us or our authorized licensors.
You shall not infringe upon any of these intellectual property rights. Any content generated by you using the App (such as edited photos) shall be owned by you, provided that such content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the App or any third party.
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote such user-generated content for the purpose of improving the App and providing better services, without disclosing your personal information.
We reserve the right to modify, update, upgrade, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time, with reasonable notice to users. Such updates may include:
We will not be liable for any inconvenience or loss caused by App updates or modifications. You agree to accept all updates to the App that we provide, as such updates may be necessary to ensure the normal operation and security of the App.
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling the App from your device. Upon termination, you will lose access to all features of the App, but all locally stored data (such as uploaded photos and generated images) will remain on your device unless you choose to delete them.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately without prior notice if you violate any terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to:
Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the App and uninstall it from your device. We shall not be liable for any losses caused by such termination due to your breach of this Agreement.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages caused by device malfunctions, technical errors, third-party interference, or your improper use of the App.
Our total liability for any claims arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount you paid for Premium Features (if any) during the current subscription term. The App is provided on an "as is" basis, and we do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific needs. Any reliance you place on the App is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. When we make material changes to the Agreement, we will notify you through the App or other reasonable means.
Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect shall constitute your acceptance of the modified Agreement. If you do not agree to the modified Agreement, you must immediately cease using the App.
